All Aboard The PizzaExpress
With recent data by Censuswide revealing pizza as the UK’s favourite family meal, and the Easter holidays set to be the first real travelling occasion for families this year, we thought the 1st of April would be the ideal day to launch our new campaign with PizzaExpress to promote their new service, powered by Heathrow Express.
The campaign would have seen holidaymakers welcomed onboard to the world’s first moving pizzeria and a selection of PizzaExpress’ favourites; from the iconic American Hot to fan favourite Padana and a brand new Pesce D’Aprile pizza – a delicious new introduction to the menu, available exclusively to those Heathrow Express travellers.
At Paddington station we captured the very real imagery of the travelling pizzeria, showcasing PizzaExpress’ iconic stripes and its famous Pizzaiolos flaring dough, making sure each carriage table displayed a ‘push for more Dough Balls’ button for that added Express service.
But since the campaign was launched on the 1st of April, the wait for the real world’s first moving pizzeria will have to go on…
