THE ROLE
The Client Business Director (Integrated) is responsible for excellence in delivery across the agency’s integrated client partners. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this role leads client partnerships, contributes to the agency’s growth and motivates and mobilises cross-discipline teams (PR / Social / Influencer / Events) to deliver fame-driving, commercially impactful work.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential
- Proven track record (10+ years) in communications (agency or in-house) delivering integrated PR, influencer, social, and experiential campaigns
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience mapping projects end-to-end
- Excellent relationship-building skills with senior clients and stakeholders, plus internal integrated agency department leads
- Experience delivering against growth KPIs and commercial targets
- Ability to inspire, motivate and mobilise teams quickly
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix and the role of communications in building brand fame
- Demonstrated ability to lead and win new business pitches
- Line management of team members
- Ability to accurately forecast client income within the agency’s income sheets
Desirable
- Ability to nurture, mentor and develop talent within the team
- External profile in the industry (e.g. speaking, judging panels, published work)
- A natural networker – desire to ‘get out’ and meet people / make new contacts
