Influencer Marketing Campaign Exec

THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Executive to join our award-winning team.
This role involves supporting the account team in executing influencer marketing campaigns, monitoring and reporting campaign performance, and handling administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with influencers, talent, and agents.
Please note 2-3 years of experience in an Influencer Marketing agency is essential for this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Execution Support:
- Create influencer lists based on client briefs and influencer requirements. Using various different methods, including CreatorIQ.
- Outreach to influencers, talent, and agents.
- Build and maintain relationships with new agents, creators, and talent.
Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor media and social media for breaking stories and trends.
- Track campaigns and collate content for wrap reports within agreed templates.
Team Administration & Finance Support:
- Provide administrative support to the team and clients, including writing meeting notes and status reports. Also including meetings, events and shoot days when required.
- Coordinate meetings and manage couriers and postage.
- Act as a point person for our handling house, managing product orders and deliveries.
- Raise supplier POs on Concept and manage financial documentation.
Agent / Talent / Supplier & Handling House Coordination:
- Coordinate with agents, talent, suppliers, and handling houses to ensure smooth campaign execution.
SKILLS
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong understanding of the Social Media Landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency using Influencer Tracking tools such as CreatorIQ, Tribe etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
- Good understanding of finance processes (POs, estimates, quotes).
- An understanding of the PR and Experiential is beneficial but not essential.
- Fluent in German/French/Spanish would an asset but not essential.
