Olly Reeves
Social Creative
I joined PrettyGreen in 2022 as an intern in the Influencer & Social team. From the outset, I was trusted to take on responsibility and encouraged to explore my interest in creativity – contributing to pitches, producing agency social assets, developing ideas and learning across both the influencer and studio teams. That support helped me grow into a hybrid Influencer & Social Creative and Campaign Manager role, leading social-first campaigns for brands including Audible, Hasbro and Innocent Drinks, and creatively shaping social campaigns that have won us a couple of gongs!
Gabriella Mascia
Creative Planner
I joined PrettyGreen in 2022, looking for something new. After cutting my teeth in digital marketing, I stepped into a role that didn’t previously exist: the agency’s first-ever Insights Planner. It positioned me as the voice of data-led cultural insight, translating everything from Google search trends and social listening data into strategic direction.
Four years on, I’m now Creative Planner in the Studio team. I’ve carved a path I’m proud of, backed by the energy and ambition of PrettyGreen. I’ve led strategy for clients across the industry, won new business, and delivered multiple award-winning campaigns – including the pregnancy announcement for a family of cartoon pigs.
