Full-time Purchase Ledger Clerk

PrettyGreen is currently looking for a full-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join it’s small, but fast-paced finance team. This role will provide finance support to this lively marketing agency in central London.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working for a small, fast-paced finance team in an innovative, dynamic marketing agency, with a friendly and collaborative culture.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of Purchase Ledger
  • Process invoices, reconciling to purchase orders
  • Issuing of supplier purchase orders
  • Manage supplier queries by email and phone
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Process and pay employee expenses
  • Process and reconcile Board credit cards
  • Process credit card transactions for ad hoc items
  • Manage and reconcile cashbook and petty cash
  • Prepare and process weekly BACS payment run

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to work to weekly and monthly deadlines
  • An aptitude for IT – Experienced in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Willing to perform tasks outside of AP role when required
  • Experience in Concept would be useful but not essential
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Good team working skills
