Three connects fans to the game they love

We are a PR agency that loves a bit of football, so when Three asks us how we could bring Chelsea fans, robbed of a stadium experience, closer to the game, we called Dennis Wise.

Lucky fans started their day with a home visit from Dennis who gifted them with a box of treats, including food and drink, to polish off during the game. We were, of course, there to capture the brilliant reactions from fans, to see ex-Chelsea captain, turned VIP delivery man, Dennis on their doorstep.

Later on, we connected the delighted fans and media to a virtual Q&A with the man himself, which was presented by the brilliant Faye Carruthers. We donned our media relations hat and secured The Sun, Daily Mail, Daily Express, Goal, and London Evening Standard in attendance and, alongside fans, they had the opportunity to ask Dennis a question, covering a variety of topics – from playing behind closed doors, his thoughts on the season, and his fondest memories of wearing the blue jersey.

The result? Some great pieces of coverage on the Q&A with Dennis, including photos from his delivery duties, and social media posts from guests and media showing how their day in virtual hospitality went!

A great day had by everyone…oh, and the result wasn’t too bad either! We can’t wait to continue working with Three and Chelsea, helping connect fans to the team and game they love.
