The influencer pay gap mirrors the discrepancies that exist in society, with female influencers being paid on average 33% less than their male counterparts. 

We strongly believe creators should be able to work with brands safe in the knowledge they’ll be paid fairly regardless of race, gender, ability, or sexual orientation.

That’s why we benchmark fees and have signed the Pay Influencers Fayrli pledge. We want to join together and encourage other PR agencies to make the same commitment to diversity and inclusion.
