PrettyGreen Grows Its Green

We a have extended our Less Ordinary green with 5 new appointments to make our leadership, influencer and advocacy, client servicing and finance teams even more brilliant.

Kate Gard joins as Business Director and will lead our new business and communications strategy and activation. Kate brings a wealth of experience from large and boutique PR agencies as well as leading in-house communications teams. She joins the green from cultural PR agency, Full Fat, where she strengthened and grew the agency’s brand department, winning and leading clients, such as William Grant & Sons, Fulfil and Virgin.

Kate was also Associate Director at Golin, Ketchum and Speed Communications leading brand communications for the likes of Food Network, Facebook Messenger, Heinz, De’Longhi, Kenwood, Philips and P&G. Kate truly gets what it’s like to be client side thanks to her time at Diageo where she led communications for Guinness, Pimm’s and Baileys.

Next up, we have Natasha Zialor, who joins the ranks as Influencer and Advocacy Account Director. Natasha will be developing and executing Less Ordinary influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for our stonking roster of clients. Nastasha will be bringing cool Melbourne vibes to our London based team thanks to spending a year working over there at Cassette and The P.R.Group. Nastasha also worked at Red, John Doe and Mischief across clients including Havana Rum, Lynx and Call of Duty.

Jo Connarty also joins us as Account Manager to work on Hasbro, WW and support on campaigns across the agency. Jo has fantastic experience, most recently working at MSL across P&G brands like Oral B, Tampax and Pampers, and previously Talker Tailor working on accounts such as MasterCard, Deliveroo, Poundland, Foxy Bingo and Wagamama to name a few.

Flying in from Red Bull, we have Laneisha Lynch who is Junior Account Executive across Nando’s, Snapchat and Pantene. Laneisha recently graduated with a Public Relations degree at Bournemouth University and is balancing her role here with being a Red Bull Wings Team Leader.

To ensure we are as tip top behind the scenes as we are front of house, we also welcome Marjorie Terris as Finance Manager. She has a long-held background within media, digital live streaming, creative and events agencies. Most recently Marjorie was at the spectacular Bompas and Parr, so she’s used to the Less Ordinary. She certainly is finance Less Ordinary with her love of anything astral, mystical, psychological and criminal. We can’t wait until our next social.

During these unprecedented times, we have welcomed six new starters, including Luke Jackson-Smart, all of which have cemented themselves as part of the team while bedding in virtually. Every one of them has made their mark on the business. One thing’s for sure, we are game, set and match to fly out of these challenging times stronger than ever.
