Game On!

The world’s largest games publisher, Electronic Arts, has appointed us (yes US!) as its retained UK agency and the whole of PrettyGreen has been buzzing with the news of our newest client.

We’ll be looking after all upcoming games launches – including Need for Speed Most Wanted, the visually stunning Medal of Honor Warfighter and The Sims.

We will run an ongoing press office to boost knowledge and sales of all titles, in addition to bespoke creative campaigns to support launches (with the exception of the EA SPORTS titles).

The team will be headed up by the lovely Sarah Henderson and Chris Grabowski who are both revelling in the fact they get to play more videogames all in the name of work. They will be working with the EA UK PR Team of James Bruce, PR Manager for Games and Bryony Benoy, PR Manager on Maxis, overseen by Shaun White, Head of PR.

Shaun White, EA’s Head of PR, said “We saw a lot of agencies from creds to pitch, but felt that PrettyGreen offered us a fantastic mix of creativity and passion, which we found so infectious.” That’s right we’re infectious! (in a good way that is).

Strings added that this was ‘a dream brand’ for any agency and for all of us here at PrettyGreen we really cannot wait to get started. We’re currently converting a larger part of our office into a gaming studio so expect to see quite a few top score and fatest lap leader boards littered with names of PrettyGreen staff in the coming months.
