Nando’s partners with famous fans to launch new nationwide delivery

Nothing hits harder than a Nando’s craving, right? To showcase the power of PERi-PERi, and celebrate the launch of nationwide delivery, Nando’s partnered with a series of famous fans on a new, craving-inducing ad campaign, bringing to life those uncontrollable moments a craving for PERi-PERi hits.

With hilarious cameos from the likes of Little Mix’s ‘PERi’ Edwards (pun very much intended) and heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, the campaign featured a series of short films, placing a Nando’s fan in an everyday situation, which is then unexpectedly interrupted by a famous cameo. The twist? Turns out when you spot a Nando’s, you might totally miss Anthony Joshua standing right in front of it; or when you see the word PERi, you might not see the very real Perrie Edwards metres away from you.

With England footballer Jadon Sancho, rapper Aitch and Capital Breakfast presenter Roman Kemp also on hand, the ad campaign was created to launch Nando’s highly anticipated nationwide delivery – which is currently being rolled out for the first time ever! 

Nando’s also launched its very own Instagram filter for fans to recreate the ads at home and share with friends – allowing them to bring to life those hilarious moments a PERi-PERi craving hits. You can check this out for yourself on the Nando’s Instagram.

As ever, we were on hand to do our PR agency thing and spread the word across UK media, having achieved over 40 pieces of coverage to date, reaching an online readership of 634m, with highlights on Metro, Mirror Online, Cosmo, Capital FM and The Line of Best Fit – achieving 795kestimated coverage views.
