Founder
Mark founded PrettyGreen 4th July 2008 as a way of fulfilling his entrepreneurial dream of helping create and own new brands and after being convinced by one particular Client that it would give him wiings (as well as realising that he wasn’t quite ready to retire). With over 20 years of Client and Agency experience, an integrated thinker, who’s not bad at coming up with an idea or two. As well as setting up PrettyGreen, he was an non-Exec for over 6 years of BritDoc, is often a judge for PRCA, PR Week and MAA Awards and sits on the PRCA Council. He is also a co-founder and Director of La Maison Fontaine (an Ultra Premium Absinthe range), where the Blanche is the now the most awarded Blanche absinthe in the world. He was once a school high jump champion (but he was 9). If you fancy following his ramblings he can be found on Twitter StringsLondon
Managing Director, Creative & Planning
Emma has been at PrettyGreen since the company was born and now helps rule the roost alongside Jessica Hargreaves in her role as Joint Managing Director. Having worked in PR for over 14 years, Emma has planned and implemented a vast array of communications Campaigns for a variety of leading FMCG, lifestyle and entertainment Brands. Her mantra is that even the seemingly dull can fuel a conversation if the idea is brilliant enough (no brand snobbery here!). Career highlights include far too many to mention, career low points however include pretending to be a cleaner (complete with tabard & marigolds) for a Client as part of an Evening Standard case study…a full page no less, anything in the name of coverage!
Managing Director
Jess heads up our integrated services for Clients – making sure that we create outstanding Campaigns that can work across multiple communication channels. With 15 years experience across blue-chip, FMCG, retail and film her number one goal is to always deliver ROI. As a Geordie, who started her career in the pub trade, she brings a level of groundedness to PrettyGreen as Joint Managing Director with Emma Grace and her love of spreadsheets is only surpassed by her love of Christmas, where planning starts in late Spring.
Managing Director - Content and Production
Finance Director
With over 20 years experience working in various Finance capacities for London ad agencies, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge to this vibrant growing company. His IT skills should keep the company network running smoothly and his unhealthy interest in the UK tax system is causing some raised eyebrows. Tim has a very keen interest in cricket (playing, organising and watching), football, golf, skiing and cycling. He can often be seen charging over the Surrey Downs on his Roubaix, and still competes in a 5-a-side football league against lads half his age!
Head of Brand and Operations
Wendy started off her career in Account Management, heading up Clients like Levi’s, Converse and Coca-Cola, before moving into a Brand Director role. Responsible for HR, Finance, Office and brand development, she’s particularly loved at payday. She once seduced a Director at her old company, but is happy to admit that he since became her husband and the father of her three children.
Deputy Managing Director
Sarah joined PrettyGreen at the beginning of 2011 to look after the PR element of the Cadbury London 2012 Olympic sponsorship. Aside from all things Olympic (and chocolate) related, she has created and run Campaigns at PrettyGreen for the likes of EA Games, Virgin Media, Magners and Gaymers. Life in the world of PR over the last ten years has included everything from spending 17 days in a field during the Olympics, to co-ordinating BlackBerry’s sponsorship of London Fashion Week for four seasons, spending eight hours watching a former Pussycat Doll get body-painted into a computer game character and installing real-life human weights at Gymbox. When she’s not at PG towers, Sarah can be found obsessing over Take That, Grey’s Anatomy, Diet Coke and West Ham United.
Head of Events
Kate started her career many years ago as a WWF Panda bear roaming shopping centres across NZ, but has long since hung up her animal suit and moved 10,000 miles to work behind the scenes – now heading up the Events Team at PrettyGreen. With over 13 years delivering large & small-scale events across the globe for alcohol, retail, charity & FMCG clients, Kate is an experienced team leader who believes in nurturing and developing great talent. Career highlights include delivering Strongbow music experiences across 20 festivals in the UK, watching the sun come up at a J&B party in Cancun & getting her name in the Guinness World Record books for Hula Hooping for a whole 3 minutes for Sport Relief (with 1000 other people). A kiwi, who has apparently lost her accent, Kate still amuses when asking for a ‘pen’ and is a budding wine-geek, in an attempt to try to bond with her wine-maker dad.
Business Director
Lucy has been at PrettyGreen for six years and oversees the delivery of integrated communications across our Sport and Lifestyle division. With over 15 years of experience across PR, Sponsorship, Social, Digital, Content creation and Events, Lucy now combines her expertise in all of these fields to ensure we deliver truly integrated campaigns that drive brand fame for our clients. Lucy's personal and professional passion for sport has seen her work across no less than 40 different sports… who’s counting? Lucy’s PR career was first crafted in the world of luxury travel before she was tempted away from the glamour of 5* hotels by the chants of the terraces to deliver T-Mobile’s Euros, World Cup and Premier League sponsorship PR. Since then, Lucy has managed campaigns for brands big and small including Red Bull, PUMA, Vodafone, Under Armour, Maximuscle as well as Olympic and Paralympic campaigns. At school, Lucy was 200m County champion. Nowadays Lucy plays netball and tends to find herself running around after her children rather than racing competitively.

Having spent 5 years in South Wales, Ben has now moved back east where he is originally from to join the sports team at PrettyGreen. Front of House
After studying Media at The University of Brighton, Chloe gained a role on Front of House at PrettyGreen in 2017. During her time at PrettyGreen, Chloe has discovered that she has an interest in PR and would like to pursue a career in this field. In her spare time, Chloe likes to travel and has her sights set on Dubai next. She has a firm love of fashion, films and a TV box set, (her favorite is Breaking Bad and is relentlessly following The Walking Dead). Chloe also loves to drink - although they can’t be fizzy, she hates a Bloody Mary and can only really handle a Malibu & Vodka.
Designer
Helping to bring a visual eye to the team, Dan is PrettyGreen’s in house Creative. After graduating University, he moved to the big city with his 6 best friends to pursue his career as a graphic designer. He spent a while as a freelance designer which led to some really great opportunities such as being commissioned as an Illustrator in his first published book. He eventually landed at PrettyGreen and hit the ground running, helping out the team over a spectrum of briefs and clients. When not staring aimlessly at his giant computer screen he can be found in his homeland of Essex, or listening to some live music somewhere in London. Dan loves to spend time hanging out with his girlfriend or best mates, finding new and exciting places to eat, drink, or be merry. If he was any more laid-back, he’d be lying down.
Account Director
Essex girl Emily joined PrettyGreen as an office runner fresh out of Sussex Uni back in September 2013. Since then, Emily has worked on a range of different clients including; John Lewis, LEGO, giffgaff, Audible, and many more. She has worked with these clients to produce events she is really proud of. She has a passion to organise and loves ticking off a good old fashioned pen and paper list. Emily also adds some real creative flair to the events team with ideas that sit on the edge of the ridiculous and down right brilliant. When not in the office Emily can be found with her head buried in a good book or curled up on the sofa watching her beloved Mad Men. She can also be seen on dance floors throughout East London pulling out some 80s MC Hammer running man moves.
Account Director
After graduating from the University of Brighton (with a 1st in English Language), Emma set her sights on the fast-paced world of the media. So far in her PR career, Emma has worked for a number of challenger and blue-chip brands including L’Oreal, Dunelm, Mothercare ,Warner Leisure Hotels and Hotels.com. Fast-forward two and a half years and with plenty of experience across digital and traditional media relations (highlights include securing a prime time slot on This Morning and a personal call from Jane McDonald) Emma’s PR journey has brought her to vibrant pastures of PrettyGreen. In her spare time, Emma is a fashion and beauty obsessive and has dabbled with the idea of becoming a part time fashion blogger. At weekends, you’ll most likely find her in the gym doing some form of strength training or escaping to the country to spend time with her Ragdoll cats, Tiki and Taniwha and pet tortoise Jon Jon.

There is not much that Faye won’t be able to help you with and her background knowledge means she understands the business from all levels. Always ready to help and a friendly face waiting to greet you, Faye has an eye for all things that look nice and will sprinkle her magic touch to make our office chic and sleek. Content Creative
George was an intern with us back in 2017 and after working at various agencies he's re-joined us as our Content Creator. George describes what he does as 'thinking things and making things'. What that translates to is 'coming up with creative concepts for various outputs and making them a reality'. A new breed of creative who learnt his trade at the world renowned Ravensbourne, studying digital advertising and design. When he’s not creating content for us he can be found brewing his own beer, whipping in left footed crosses and trying to crack every Strava leaderboard.

Planning Director
Before joining PrettyGreen, Jo spent 14 years in ATL creative agencies. Firstly in Account Management, before moving into Planning. As a Planner Jo has worked at Lowe, JWT, Fallon and Grey with clients such as P&G, Unilever, GSK, Sony, Cadbury and The BBC. Junior Account Executive
After graduating from Birmingham City University, Lloyd was set on moving to the capital to continue to live that (not-so-glamorous) city lifestyle. A year on - and after many conversations convincing strangers that the Midlands is not “up north” - Lloyd joined the team here at PrettyGreen to work across our entertainment and lifestyle accounts. Outside of PG life, Lloyd is a DJ and presenter on Reprezent Radio, enjoys skateboarding - albeit not very well - and will soon “star" in a Snickers commercial coming to your screens in June 2018.
Brand Communications Director
Mat joins as a fresh PrettyGreen recruit for 2019 with over 10 years' experience across consumer, tech and corporate PR, initially starting agency side with Ruder Finn and then Bite Global working across the likes of Microsoft, Nest Labs, HP, SAP, Box and Netgear before moving in-house to join a fintech pioneer in Zopa. In-house, Mat led the PR at Zopa to build its brand awareness and trust with UK and global media, helping transform the consumer finance industry focusing on brand comms, consumer data-driven PR, experience-led campaigns and consumer research communications. Outside of the office Mat can be found consuming box-set thrillers, attempting to recreate Ottolenghi recipes and trying out new DIY skills.
Finance Manager
Mike came to PrettyGreen to help out for a few days in the summer of 2012. Two years later and he’s still here. Mainly because it’s a good deal more interesting than insurance and he’s also still chasing folks to complete their time sheets. He can’t get enough of financial reporting and has a love/hate relationship with Excel. When not dealing with numbers, he enjoys photography, watching rugby league and wheat beers (drinking, not watching). And when he can escape to the hills, Mike loves mountain biking and hill-walking.
Finance Assistant
Natasha started out at PrettyGreen with a week of ‘I’m just helping out with the filing’. Months later she’s still here a couple of days a week to guard the petty cash tin and make sure everyone gets their expenses in on-time(ish). When not working on her love/hate relationship with Excel, Natasha is a playwright, currently writing a play about deep space and black holes with The Soho Theatre.
Either way, to get away from the computer screen she can be found pounding the streets or cycling to the nearest view point so she can wave around her beloved cameras that she likes to pretend to know how to use.

Having completed a degree in Public Relations at Bournemouth University Rob decided that London was again calling. Having already worked in-house in the gaming industry, on his return to the city he decided to take on the agency lifestyle; continuing his indulgence in gaming with Nintendo at PrettyGreen. Outside of the office you can find Rob at a BBQ in the Summer and supporting Southampton FC and Harlequins in the winter, but never far from a food market.
Account Director
Prior to joining PrettyGreen Rob managed to get himself a History degree at Goldsmiths University, but rather than being a historian opted for a career in PR. After 9 months of work experience at a nameless Agency (who didn’t pay him), Rob landed his first full PR role at House PR, where he stayed for nearly 3 years working on entertainment, lifestyle and drinks brands (Amazon Prime, Empire Cinemas, Warner Brothers, Discovery Channel, Peugeot, Doctor Who, Sailor Jerry) In his spare time Rob likes to watch and play (a lot of) football, playing for Oldsmiths AFC, and 5 aside with his mates. Rob’s a big Liverpool fan and when he’s not playing or watching football he’s making music - he plays the guitar, drums and piano. Although currently not in a band, Rob was in a number of bands since the age of 14 and has toured Japan, Europe and played all over the UK - Claim to Fame, he had a track played by Huw Stephens on BBC Radio 1 when he was just 15. Rob’s other hobbies include binge TV & Films, attempting to grow (legal) herbs, plants and vegetables on his windowsill and looking after his cat named Audrey (who he talks to like a human).
Senior Account Executive
After four years studying Geography at the University of Birmingham, Roberto concluded that the high-paced event industry was “a bit of him” and so he set his sights on a career in it. During his time in Brum, he spent a year working full-time as Vice President of Housing and Community at his student union (fancy!) where he put on some stellar events. Highlights included bringing the first ever Christmas Fair on campus and organising Lethal Bizzle to perform at the annual Winter Ball #POW. Being part Italian, Roberto has naturally competed in the north London Italian Olympics and received multiple “taking-part” medals much to the disbelief of the wider PrettyGreen team. He is a lover of sports and music – but he has a special place in his heart for Tottenham Hotspur.
