K music platform, Keep Hush, took over Nando’s Soho recording studio for 100% Heat EP
If there was anything bringing the heat more than Nando’s PERi-PERi chicken right now it’d be Keep Hush – an up-and-coming music platform, throwing parties in cities across the country, and live streaming them to the world.
Nando’s, has been an authoritative figure in the music industry for the past 10 years, and thought it’d be only right to partner with and support the movement – and thus, the ‘100% Heat’ project took shape, with a tongue-in-cheek launch video to announce the (dream?) partnership.
Keep Hush took to Nando’s Soho recording studio – along with their army of UK talent – and got to work producing the self-acclaimed “mixtape of the millennium” – 100% Heat, a throwback to the 90s UK Garage scene.
Following a month of hard-work, and great content across Keep Hush’s social channels – documenting the process – the EP was ready to launch, and did so alongside another tongue-in-cheek video from the platform, a great piece in DUMMY Magazine and the exciting announcement of 3 Nando’s X Keep Hush in-restaurant parties in locations across the UK – London, Bristol and Manchester. Yes, that’s right, a party in a Nando’s!
With Supreme drop-like queues stretching the lengths of the streets, the Nando’s X Keep Hush in-restaurant parties were very much in demand – with hundreds of young people keen to support the project, and see it come to life.
Check out the mixtape for yourself, and watch this space for future Nandos X Keep Hush collabs! They’re coming sooner than you think.
