Introducing the #GENParmy

It’s been an exciting few weeks at PrettyGreen HQ as we’ve been preparing to help launch an all-new female-focused protein brand, GENERATION P. It’s aimed at women who do high intensity training, so they came to the right place… We like to think we’re a fit bunch (well, apart from Friday beers, but we deserve those) so when we heard the news of a nutrition product tailored to women who do HIIT, we already had our gym kit on, ready to get stuck in.

 
Of course, we like to do our research first (any excuse to find a new workout spot) so the ladies in the Comms team set out to discover the toughest HIIT classes we could find to help our planning (1Rebel, you killed us but we’ll be back…). Thankfully those sore muscles didn’t last long as we all refuelled with the new GENERATION P range and said goodbye to the DOMS. The 3-Way Protein Blend and Protein Milks come in Chocolate Hit and Strawberry Punch, while the bars are Chocolate Caramel and Strawberry Crisp, and they’re already big office hits. All will be available on generationp.co.uk in the coming weeks.

 
As part of our role we will be building an online community of likeminded females, to create the ultimate collective – enter, the #GENParmy. All about empowerment and supporting each other, women will be able to share their workout tips, recipes, motivation and inspiration using #GENParmy. In the new year GENERATION P will be hosting a training event, bringing together the collective in a real-life training environment. We’re excited to get started, to be part of a new generation of strong women and to share our own successes on the journey. Plus, the PrettyGreen 3pm Protein Club has never been busier – even some of the boys have been secretly trying the product!
