Getting Honest & Healthy

Last week we made the trip to Electrolux HQ to learn how to be honest and healthy chefs with Honestly Healthy’s own Natasha Corrett for a very exciting upcoming event (with PG’s Emily as sous chef.)

Under Natasha’s great tuition we made two delicious recipes – coconut flour pizza which was a great hit (and made us realise we can have our favourite vice after all) and a Masala Curry, which had us licking our bowls clean. All totally veggie and most importantly gluten free!

We’ve been inspired and have found many more recipes on Honestly Healthy and some daily inspiration on her Instagram page of various healthy dishes that taste divine. The Ultimate Hangover Cure Smoothie is definitely one that’s come in handy!
