Earlier this week Strings was introduced to the concept of Bubble Tea, by bubbly Dan, one of the partners of Bubbleology. Not something new to many (especially if you’re Asia), but quite new to London and definitely growing fast.
For those that haven’t tried it, it’s basically fruit or milk tea with little balls in. You simply choose your flavour and suck and chew the (tapioca) balls away. Sounds weird, and you’d be right, it is. But it’s strangely addictive and moorish.
If you’re in Harvey Nics or around Rupert Street in Soho pop in and try it, you’ll love it and definitely be back for more.
