The discovery and application of strategic insight is intrinsic to every brief we work on. The PrettyGreen Insight ‘Grapevine’ is the first phase we undertake; gathering insights from consumers, media, the market, and social media to inform our campaigns. This might take the form of qualitative focus groups to understand consumer attitudes, talking to a panel of journalists to get direct media feedback, to social listening and market research analysis to find the insights that will drive our campaign development.
